The dwarf rabbit belongs to the order of logomorphs or duplicates, not to be confused with rodents, in fact the former have two pairs of upper incisors, while the latter have only one.
The dwarf rabbit is classified as Oryctolagus cuniculus and its main characteristics are: the body gathered and rounded both in front and behind, the short and slender legs, the small and adherent tail, the spherical shaped head and the wide forehead, the eyes very much large, round and well opened.
